Additional Information
REHEARSAL ATTENDANCE
We will be understanding of pre-planned conflicts and unforeseen illnesses. Each student plays an important role in our show and attendance is a major factor in the success of our production and cast morale!
- Please carefully review the schedule before registration and indicate any foreseen conflicts.
- All communication of before or after-school absences need to be submitted by a parent/guardian.
- Students are expected to attend all rehearsals, including Pride Time rehearsals.
- Pride Time is valuable rehearsal time and your timely attendance is important. Please balance your school work in a way that allows you to be free during our designated time together. If there is an important Pride Time conflict, please do your best to communicate this with your teachers and music directors in advance so it is not a last minute surprise.
COMMUNICATION
- We will communicate schedule reminders with students via Canvas and parents via email.
- The final callback list and cast list will be posted via Canvas and parent email at 5PM.
SNACK
Students should pack a nut-free snack on after-school rehearsals days. Students will have a few minutes to eat at the start of each afternoon rehearsal or end of each morning rehearsal. Water bottles are encouraged.
FEES and COSTUMES
Once the show is cast, we will ask families to pay a $10 fee to help cover the cost of student learning materials for the show. As we get closer to the performance, we will send home information regarding costumes. We will ask families to purchase, thrift, or borrow the requested costume pieces for their child.
DAILY REHEARSAL TRANSPORTATION
Thank you for organizing transportation for your child to or from rehearsals! We will send out more information regarding the drop-off/pick-up line as we near our first rehearsal. Carpools are welcomed and we appreciate your timeliness. We will be prompt in our dismissal times as we understand your busy schedules!
