Fundraising
The 2025-26 Deer Valley trip will cost $240 for each student, which also allows one adult to attend the trip for free! Participation in this fundraiser can help defray this cost. Students may fundraise toward the trip during their fifth and sixth grade years at Boyce. The profits from this optional fundraiser go directly into your student’s INDIVIDUAL DEER VALLEY STUDENT ACCOUNT.
We are pleased to announce that Boyce students will have two opportunities this year to raise funds toward their 6th grade Deer Valley trip. We have partnered with Charleston Wrap and Chestnut Hill Candle Company to provide a plethora of items to sell in order to fundraise for this year’s trips!
Both fundraisers also include an online component which allows students to reach out to fundraise to families through email. Products from both companies can ship directly to a buyer’s home, and our Boyce students will receive credit for the online sales when the buyer enters the student’s name.
Charleston Wrap
Charleston Wrap provides a fantastic catalog and online option loaded with their signature UltraHeavy™ gift wrap, kitchen and home products, and hundreds of personalized items. Every standard gift wrap roll is reversible – two designs for the price of one! There are over 135 products priced at $15 or less! Students will earn 40% profit of all items sold and samples will be out at Open House for you to look over some of the items.
Chestnut Hill Candle Company
Your family and friends can also support your student by buying high-quality candles from Chestnut Hill Candle Company! They are hand poured using only the finest ingredients, including their own unique clean burning soy wax blend with all cotton wicks. All of the 10-ounce candles are double wicked to burn evenly and for an average of 65-75 hours. Your student earns up to $5.00 profit for their account on each candle sold, and scent samples are available in the Boyce Office and at the Deer Valley fundraiser Open House table.
Important Information Checklist
- Sale dates: Sept. 21 thru Oct. 3, 2025. (All orders due on Friday, Oct. 3)
- Please make a copy of your order form for your records.
- Submit the original order form to your child’s homeroom teacher, along with ONE check combining all your sales, made payable to BOYCE MIDDLE SCHOOL. Please ensure there is a contact phone and/or email on your forms.
- Product pick-up will be at the loading dock at Boyce, and a date will be communicated when products arrive. When selling to others, your student should have all checks made payable to the STUDENT’S PARENT/GUARDIAN.
- This fundraiser is optional. Participating students MUST return their original order form to their homeroom teacher.
Product Arrival
All catalog orders will be shipped to Boyce Middle School and will be distributed on a date to be determined in November. If you place an order, please be available for pickup that day, or arrange for someone else to pick up your order. There is no storage available for the products at the school.
